Cardi-O Training $125 every month • 3 visits per Week • 45 minute sessions with no barbells & no experience neeeded! Groups of up to 8-10 people.

2 Days a Week (Standard Training) $149 every month • 2 visits per Week • 55-minute training sessions. Groups vary in size from 2 to 9 people depending on day and time.

3 Days a Week (Standard Training) $195 every month • 3 visits per Week • 55-minute training sessions. Groups vary in size from 2 to 9 people depending on day and time.

5 Days a Week (Standard Training) $300 every month • 5 visits per Week • 55-minute training sessions. Groups vary in size from 2 to 9 people depending on day and time.

2 Days a Week (Student Discount) $105 every month • 2 visits per Week • Student are eligible for an exclusive discount on training packages.
